Grandma Helen
Last week Matthew's grandmother Helen fell and hit her head. When she didn't wake up the next morning they learned she had a brain bleed and there wasn't anything they could do. Matthew was able to fly out to say goodbye and this past Wednesday she passed away. Read her obituary here.
The hardest part about Helen's passing is that Grandpa Bill is now on his own. It was such a blessing to see the lineage these two have created and I was blessed to watch him hold and watch our little ones. He and Elsie have a common bond in that he is the only other person in our family with hearing loss.
