De Bordieu, SC
Charis got to take her first trip to the South Carolina Beach the first of September. We met the McColgin side of the family out there and got to stay in a beautiful home right on the water. Charis was a wonderful traveler and she loved the beach. She mostly loved eating the sand :/ She also had fun with her grandparents, aunt and uncles, and her cousin Halle. Everyone is always amazed at how happy she is, content with pretty much whatever we are doing.
She fell asleep during the last 10 minutes of the flight out there. Keeping a wiggly baby entertained is a new skill that Matthew and I will hopefully master one day.
Halle was so excited to see Baby Charis that first night. I cracked up that Charis looks almost as big as her 3 year old cousin.

The guys carried Papa Fred down to the water so he could enjoy the ocean. He loved every minute.
